I’ve been looking through my different raw food recipe books this morning, looking for a nut cheeze recipe and not finding anything which fits with my ingredients. So, inspired by several different options, this is what I came up with instead:

1 cup macadamia nuts
1 cup cashews
1 cup pine nuts
1 clove garlic
1 yellow pepper
2 spring onions
0.25 cup lemon juice
a couple of shavings of lemon zest
1 dash nama shoyu
salt & pepper to taste

Chuck it all into your food processor and mix until you have a smooth paste.

Use this as a pizza cheeze, filling for ravioli, cannelloni or just as a delicious dip to have with vegetables etc or add filtered water and some herbs and maybe a bit more garlic to make a creamy salad dressing or pasta sauce.
