Hello! Danieal asked about my recipe for raw chocolate truffles so here it is . . . enjoy! 🙂
1 cup cacao nibs, ground
1 cup sesame seeds, ground
1 cup fresh dates, pitted (or more to taste)
2 tspns vanilla extract or a vanilla pod
Grind cacao and sesame seeds in a grinder or high speed blender.
When I use a vanilla pod I put it in with the cacao nibs & grind together.
Add vanilla, ground sesame seeds & cacao nibs to food processor and turn until it forms into balls.
Break into walnut-sized pieces and form into small balls.
Store in the fridge.
