I love Matt Amsden’s onion bread but given I found this recipe in Cafe Gratitude’s I Am Grateful recipe book and thought I’d give it a go . . .
I wasn’t sure how much 1.5 ounces were and the site I googled said it was 3 tablespoons. However the batter turned out to be quite loose so I added a bit more ground sunflower seed and a bit more ground flax and some whole seeds as well . . .
