I think it’s been about 2 weeks since I’ve had a cup of coffee. I had a headache for the first 5 days but since then I haven’t missed it. Except on Saturday mornings … I really loved making a pot of black coffee and taking it back to bed on Saturday mornings …

This Saturday morning I made a smoothie:

  • 3 bananas
  • 6 apricots
  • 2 tspns manuka honey
  • 1 bag baby spinach
  • 1 glass water

It’s delicious & I’m enjoying it & I can certainly get by without the coffee . . .
