swiss chard smoothie

  • 1 bunch swiss chard, stalks trimmed
  • 1 banana
  • 1 mango
  • 1 big dstspn manuka honey
  • 1 big dstspn maca
  • 1 big dstspn mixed ground chia, hemp & flax seeds
  • 1 tspn bee pollen
  • 1 glass iced water

(enough for 2)

This morning I weighed 11 stone 10 pounds – that’s 164 pounds and (if it holds) takes me to 8 pounds lost so far :-). This is very pleasing, especially as I stumbled across a beautiful suit that almost fits me in a charity shop in Lambs Conduit Street yesterday. A couple of extra pounds and I’m there!
