I woke up this morning with a craving for maca. I added some to our smoothies this morning. They’re kind of brown but they taste good.

  • 1 tblspn bee pollen
  • t tspn manuka honey
  • 1 banana
  • a few handfuls of dark mature spinach (stripped)
  • 1 glass water
