It’s been a rainy Sunday in London and just the opportunity to soak some nuts and seeds to toss in a sauce and dehydrate. I would have made a teryake sauce but I didn’t have all the ingredients, so I used the following to make two trays:

  • 1 spoon honey
  • 4 dates
  • Toasted sesame oil
  • Tamari
  • Black pepper
  • Mustard
