Seaweed Spaghetti & Salad

We’re back in London and how strange is the launch from 15 – 18 degrees to 3 degrees! Our overcoats are fitting less snugly after our detox and we’re all geared up to keep that true with lots of raw food plans for what remains of 2009 and the start of 2010.

The photo in this entry is the first raw meal I made when we got home.
I made enough for dinner tonight leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

Seaweed Spaghetti & Salad

  • Soak seaweed for an hour or so to soften
  • Rinse, strain & place in a bowl
  • Toss with spicy red pepper sauce
  • Serve with a green salad

Spicy Red Pepper Sauce

  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 small cloves of garlic
  • half a red chilli
  • 4 sundried tomatoes, soaked for an hour, then drained
  • a shot of olive oil
  • Place all ingredients in a small food processor or blender and blend

Mixed Green Salad

  • mixed rocket, watercress and spinach leaves
  • cucumber
  • avocado
  • artichokes (these weren’t raw)
