0.5 cup cashews
1 cup coconut
0.5 cup raisins
1 tablespoon agave
1 tablespoon cacao nibs
1 tablespoon mesquite
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 tablespoon bee pollen
a little Himalayan salt

Place all ingredients in a food processor and process  until a ball starts to form. Spoon out and shape into cookies. Refridgerate until firm or dehydrate for a couple of hours. Makes about 12.
