Cashew-Coconut-Maca Cookies

1 cup cashews
1 cup coconut
0.5 cup maca
1 medium courgette/zucchini, roughly chopped
1 cup raisins
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
0.5 teaspoon himalayan salt

In your food processor grind cashews and coconut until they resemble breadcrumbs. Add other ingredients and mix until a biscuit dough forms. Divide into biscuit rounds and dehydrate until dry on the outside and chewy within. About 4 hours.
