Bluegreen algae — one of the richest sources of chlorophyll, a well-known agent for its antibacterial, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, and blood building benefits. I’ve just ordered some from Kiki Health.
The Gandhi approach: being happy and living your dreams — What was the most important aspect of the talk? Being happy. Living your dreams. Loving what you do and therefore doing well. I have my down times, times when I feel a bit sorry for myself for whatever reason, but I absolutely believe in the importance of hopefulness.
