This is a versatile dipping sauce, spread or dressing. Just adjust water to make the consistency you need. The picture above shows it being used on sweet potato burgers.

Combine the following ingredients in a small blender and blend until smooth:

  • 0.5 inch ginger
  • 0.5 red chilli
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (toasted)
  • Juice of 0.5 lime
  • 2 tbsp mellow white miso
  • 3 dates, pitted, or ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp nama shoyu
  • 0.2 cup water
