1. Beat 6 eggs with a little salt and pepper & leave aside
2. Fry some fillings in coconut oil (onion, garlic, chilli, mushroom, broccoli
3. Assemble fillings in muffin tray (with or without papers)
4. Add in extra bits and pieces, e.g. olives
5. Spread egg mixture evenly among muffins
6. Add himalayan salt and black pepper
7. Bake at 180 degrees for about 12 – 15 minutes
8. Serve with a big salad
