These make nine great paleo, gluten free, sugar free, vegan treats … It’s hard to get the balance right when using sugar substitutes, but these work well.


  • 0.25 cup almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon Truvia
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2  tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 18 almonds
  • 27 raisins

Add all ingredients except for almonds and raisins to food processor. Process until mixed well. Add an almond and 3 raisins to your moulds, reserving the remaining almonds for the top. Pour mixture evenly between moulds and top with a final almond. Refridgerate until ready to eat.
